Killer Salad Recipes

This is a recipe based on the classic starter dish, Prawn Cocktail, I was going to make Prawn Cocktail but then I changed my mind

and added some other ingredients and turned it into a Killer Salad.

This is a salad in three parts, the crispy parmesan and pesto can be made and used in all sorts of salads, so I’ve added this recipe to the ingredients section as well. First we’ll start with the parmesan crisps.

As a little follow-up to my earlier salmon mousse recipe, I’d like to show you another easy recipe that will help you build chunky salads. I mean salads based on good-looking stacks of yummy ingredients that have a nice bite to them. This time it’s cheese wedges.

The most beautiful salads are those that have something that contrasts the leaves and that can be stacked in the middle of the plate. A great way to achieve that killer effect is to make your own salmon mousse.

Fresh crab meat is a delicious white meat, which is perfect for making a killer salad. This is a really quick and easy recipe, and most importantly it’s very tasty.
