This is a salad I learned from my sister. Of course it is quick and tasty - and apparently she likes to cheat just like I do.

Lazy summer salad


In the summer when it is warm and perhaps you don’t want to have a real supper Saturday night, a lazy salad might be a good idea.

Simply Mediterranean


My favorite salad is quite simple:

Chop some nice tomatoes. Pick some juicy cherry ones and some not so juicy larger ones for variation.
Chop some lettuce, actually lots of it, in small pieces. I like to use Romaine lettuce. Keep two leaves uncut.
Chop some cucumber. I like to chop in cubes or thick disks.
