Melons are very much in season today. Maybe they are not grown locally where you live, but it’s hard to avoid them in the supermarkets and at local greengrocers at the moment. Let’s start with an easy one to get into this melon thing.

Ingredients:

600 grams of whale meat in strimmels
1 red onion
1 red paprika
1 Valerianella (corn salad)
a little lollo and crispie salad
A small amount of bean sprout
Salt
Pepper
Taco spice mix
6 tortilla wraps
1 dl thick soured cream
A little chilli sauce

Hot Spinach salad is relatively quick and easy to prepare, it does involve some cooking, but what you end up with is worth the effort, a tasty hot salad.

Here’s a quick salad I got from my mum. It’s a grown-up salad because it has some liquor in it. But she’s my mum, so it can still be whipped up in minutes
