Avocado Crunch


I know it’s easy to reach for the lettuce and cucumber when you want some crispy crunch in your salad, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Ok this salad has some lettuce, but I promise there is not a cucumber in sight.

BLT Plus

1 Little Gem Lettuce
1 Tomato
3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
1 large spring onion, or a couple of the smaller kind
Cucumber, I use about an inch or so
