Killer Salad Recipes

Some readers may be aware of the SEOs Fight Fat for charity campaign, which is a great thing to do, for themselves and for their chosen causes. Today I adapted a favourite recipe of mine to give the participants a really tasty and low calorie Crayfish Salad, ideal for a light lunch.

It seems humans are not the only fans of salads, amphibians are quite partial to a crisp lettuce leaf too. And a UK supermarket are doing their best to ensure that they get some by making some unusual additions to their bags of salad.

We all know that salad dressings are very versatile. They can mask the taste of other ingredients, lift a salad up or tone it down, add some moisture to an otherwise dry pile of bits, et cetera et cetera. But here’s a report of a less-known quality of the dressing: cleaning power!
