		<description>LOL that's true, but I've found that using skinned tomatoes in salads will turn the lot into a soggy puddle.

BTW: I got the cheese knives for free with some cheese I bought years ago. Couldn't toss em out and now I know why :)</description>

As far as I remember, you could skin the tomatos and cut them nicely with an ordinary knife, am I correct?

That being said, nice tip. Too bad I don't want to hoard knives just to cut tomatos. Making a "bloody" mess is part of the fun!</description>

		<description>That's a great tip, tomatoes can get messy when trying to slice them, this seems like a good way around that.  Now, I hope that expertly sliced tomato is going to go into a killer salad.  :)</description>
