Pasta Dressing: Squish (with hands) 6 baby toms, handful basil leaves, 1 spring onion, chopped celery stalk, 1/4 each red, green &amp;yellow/orange pepper, put ingredients into steep sided bowl, sprinkle sea salt &amp; blk pepper to taste and 3 tablespoons  lemon infused olive oil. bash with wooden spoon and leave to infuse for 3 hours at room temp, bash with spoon periodically.
Cook pasta to taste, drain, and pour lemon infused stuff into pasta, stir, reheat gently if req, serve with green salad and field, foul or fish. Recipie for 1 person
Scrummy summer or winter pasta; adjust ingredients to taste/season but anything goes. ENJOY</description>
