Don't eat this stuff piping hot. Hot cheese - especially the Camembert - can bring many a tear to your eye. Believe me I know; I've just made me some heh.

Also make sure the soft cheese wedges don't burst. Better to add an extra coat of egg/breadcrumbs if you're not certain. 

Removing some of the 'sharp' edges of the wedges (!) and maybe a bit of the crust can lead to even better results.</description>
